I am pleased I read the previous write up as I had no idea where the temperature control was so I will buy a freezer thermometer to test the temperature now.
I didn't like the big quick freeze department as I don't think it is necessary. Generally though I am well pleased with the freezer and extremely impressed with the delivery arrangements. I was told that it would be delivered between 7 and 11am and at 7am I got a call to say they were 10 minutes away. Excellent."

"This freezer is nearly all that I could have wanted. A few features could be improved. Firstly, whilst the motor is about the most quiet I have heard, the gases do make a bit of an arctic noise when running. Next, the three compartment design is not how I like a feezer, I like a four compartment design with two pull out drawers. In this freezer, the compartments are too deep, but this could be just right for someone wanting to freeze the turkey. Next, the handle on the top flap is in the wrong place, it is in the middle, when my hand instinctively goes to the top, and last, the temperature control is in the wrong place. It is at the rear of the freezer, needing that the freezer needs to be drawn out from under the work surface to adjust. This needed doing several times to achieve the recommended -18 degrees, which I tested with an indoor/outdoor digital thermometer. Overall a very good freezer, but could be improved by the manufacturer."

"This was the only freezer we could find that is suitable for garage/outhouse location. This is ideal size for that extra stock."

"The freezer is an excellent value for money appliance. Ideal as an extra freezer for storage and wide enough to store large pizza boxes. The only negative point is the temperature dial which is at the rear of the freezer, therefore not very easy to access if you placed it under a worktop."
