"Tracking originally gave me a twelve hour delivery period. The night before I received a phone call reducing the delivery period to four hours, then on the morning the van driver phoned to say he would be with me in about an hour. Very good service.
One word of warning. We were swapping from an existing freezer, so had food in stock, so we were rather taken aback to learn that the new unit required a 3 to 4 hour settling in period. No other problems however."
