"Bought this machine for my mum.
Ordering and delivery process dead easy and straightforward as it always is with AO - that’s why we always come back to them.
Machine itself is really quiet which is great.
The downside is that the programmes do seem really long and it’s not that easy to figure out how to use it. We’ve had it a couple of weeks and so we’re still finding our way with it - but I wouldn’t say it’s that intuitive.

"Machine is quiet and simple to use. Not used the tumble dryer yet. The delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. They just got on with the job even when they had to bring the machine upstairs. They kept me informed as to where they were and gave me 10 minutes notice of their arrival time. Highly recommended "

"Generally really happy with the machine: it's quiet and has a large drum. Only slight issue is that it doesn't have a short wash hotter than 30 degrees....the hotter washes are long, up to 3 hours. But so far happy with it."

"Very good, easy to use, though used once so far. The dials are easy to understand. Decent size wash and dry. The waste pipe out from machine bottom right, cable out of machine top right.
Water feed in top left. All sides when looking at front of machine. It meant some minor pipe mods."

"Unless you get a recommendation from someone who already has a certain machine, it’s a bit of a stab in the dark but I’ve been very happy with my choice. It’s smaller front to back than many machines, which means it doesn’t stick out from underneath the work top like my old machine. It’s very much quieter, too, which is great. The dials on the front make it very easy to use, with lots of programmes to choose from. The only drawback to not having an electronic display is that you don’t know how long remains on the programme until you get used to each programme’s running time. The drying function is very efficient. Considering the low price, I’ve been very happy with this machine and would recommend it."
