"This is the first washer/dryer I have had and I am extremely satisfied with it. Build quality good very quiet. Easy to operate not a large manual to read. The thing to remember when you only want to wash is to turn the dial for drying off. When I first considered the washer/dryer everyone tried to put me off buying one saying does not work etc etc well my advice is buy one!!!!!"

"Needed a new washer as old one died, due to small kitchen thought a washer dryer would be good replacement. Cheapest triple AAA rated one on market with good reviews.
Macine washes well, various standard buttons and time saver/Eco buttons, but unless you use the timed programmes you're looking at around 2 hours. But is very quiet (althought my last one sounded like a jet engine so I was always going to be pleased!)
Drying is where the machine is a bit of a let down. Strange smell when drying and smells sticks to clothes. Even with only a few garments in it takes quite a while to dry, clothes are extremely creased and need spray when ironing to removed!!
I only plan to use the dryer in emergencies/wet weather so I can live with this, but if plan on drying every load would bear this in mind"

"I have had hotpoint washing machines for many years, and I have never been disapointed. My last hotpoint lasted for 10 years.
This hotpoint has much better programes ie wool wash. Good dryer and nice and quiete.
Actually looks good too. Well worth the money."
