"The machine is a lot quieter than my last dilapidated model, when drying it does make a barking noise to start with.
Andy and Tom (Crew 75) delivered the machine on time and were very efficient, well done."

"A very quiet machine with a large load capacity. First time I used it it took 3 hours to complete the cycle because the manual did not make it clear that the time saver button was available with the programme I was using. On looking at the manual again I found this out. I do wish manufacturers of all sorts of items would get an end user to write the user manual and not a techie!"

"I'm very pleased with the large capacity drum and the washing performance of this machine. I've had washer dryers before where the dryer takes forever, but no such problems here. It does take longer than a purpose built dryer, but is still much quicker than my old machine. I also like the fact that it detects when the clothes are dry and stops automatically."

"The washer on this appliance is fine its the drier that is the problem. The load takes a lot longer to dry than a normal tumble drier. Everything that comes out of the drier (regardless of which wash/spin programme you use and how much you dry at one time) is creased whereas a normal tumble drier doesn't crease your clothes/towels/bedding. My friends told me not to buy this washer/drier but I did because of a space issue, I wish I had listened to them. I am now thinking of buying a separate drier which defeats the reason I bought this item in the fist place."
