"Received my Newworld Built in Gas Oven promptly and a Gas Safe Engineer to fit the oven in and take away the old.
The Gas Safe engineer was very professional throughout and before installing carried out some gas tests which indicated a gas leak. He alerted the appropriate services and explained why he could no longer proceed and contacted AO.com to explain the problem. Although this was a major inconvenience, gas safety is paramount and this service was carried out very efficiently.
The gas leak problem is now resolved and the Newworld oven working really well. "

"Had a similar one prior to this so when it was time for a replacement as we didn't need any "Bells or Whistles" Clock, timer etc, this was the preferred choice. The first item on the cook list had to be Yorkshire puddings - and they came out perfect"
