"I chose this hob because it is only 40mm high which is very slim as most other hobs are at least 50-60mm. This meant it could replace my old hob and I didn't have to adapt my kitchen. The surface has a speckled finish to the black glass which is what they mean by 'granite'. With the touch controls it is very easy to clean. As one of the least expensive hobs it really was excellent value for money"
