"it does the job, but we have had a service man out twice, the gas oven kept switching off, cheep components but at this price they are all the same, service was only ok when we call the service line the nearest call out was 2 weeks away. the oven is my mothers she is no spring chicken and i did not think waiting two weeks for a service man was good enough, the oven failed in the 3rd and the 6th month from d.o.p . it took a lot of talking to get them out with in the few days of the 1st failure. the oven is now well over 18 months old now and no problems. so fingers crossed"

"Once again New World have come up trumps!! My previous gas oven/grill gave me nearly 30 years good service!!! This must be some sort of a record. We are thrilled with our new gas oven/grill. We are still using the original hob and it still looks as good as new. Well done New World!"

"Love my new oven. I had ordered the wrong colour but when I called to make the adjustment the young lady I spoke to was really helpful. Delivery went without a hitch. Really great communications all the way. Very happy with product and service."

"Bought to replace an older new world model which was in the kitchen when we bought the house.
Excellent oven and looks great too.
Have to clean with a wipe and a dry cloth so no smears."
