"Disappointed with the overall cooking capabilities of this cooker. For example - individual burners diificult to light and lack the ability to have a very low flame; grill very slow to heat up - have to plan well ahead; problem with one burner in that flame is higher on one side of the burner than the other; only 2 shelf racks supplied for main oven. Very noisy and the built quality compares poorly to previous Cannon. Overall does not compare well with the Cannon model it has replaced."

"Very efficent and cooking times are reduced making it ideal when thinking about menus for the family. Easy to clean after cooking and easy to look at in the kitchen and fits well with other units. I would recommend this cooker to my sisters and friends.It is well made and easy to install,many thanks."

"I could never cook properly in this cooker, after the enginneer was called out 5!! times it was discovered the wrong thermostate had been fitted in production, ordered another and the same thing is happening ( over heating) beware!!"

"Cooker replaced like for like. Noisy gas jets. Grill slow to toast. Not as robust as previous one. Unnecessary lights on when cookers are on. Slowish ignition and have to check closely when choosing which hotplate to use. Just need to get used to new cooker! No real problems, Delivery and communication A1, excellent service, delivery men took away all packaging, would definitely recommend using this company."

"I've had a Cannon CD2 which has lasted some 25-30 years.
The Carrick is the today version of the CD2 and is even better - it has been updated with the new technology that was lacking in the late seventies/ early eighties. The Carrick slots exactly into the same slot in my kitchen which was rather important.
All that was lacking was the third shelf in the lower over, cranked shelf from CD2 fits! Brilliant buy would highly recomend.
Delivery guys were extremely good and very efficient."

"I have waited 27 years for a decent cooker and the Cannon C60GC1W has been worth the wait!! It looks great, but more importantly it works great. It has two ovens and stay clean linings and four individual plates on the hob so easy to soak in the sink or put in the dishwasher. Lovely double lined glass doors so you can see whats going on without having to opent the door. Plenty of space to cook a big roast for all my family when they come to visit, so all in all a highly recommended gas cooker."
