"Love the cooker but only 2 star rating as we have not had the correct grill handle given with this product. Despite phone calls to AO and being told told to contact Stoves, we still do nt have the correct handle. Very disappointing!! AO were supposed to contact us again to see if we had resolved this with Stoves as they said it was their problem but have not done this. Stoves have not replied to our email and cannot get through on the phone! "
