"Lovely cooker, now that it's fixed. An annoying problem where the front 2 hob burners wouldn't light when the oven fan was running. Stoves engineer discovered that 2 seals had been missed out during manufacture. My wife is over the moon with it now it's fixed. She's just cooked a ginger cake to absolute perfection and this cooker sure looks the business in our kitchen!"

"The first cooker that arrived looked like a seconds . The handles were rusty , the oven seal had come away and the side at bottom was sticking out.
I called ao straight away , emailed the pictures of the cooker to them and a replacement was arranged straight away for the following week.
The replacement was a lot better but it was just a pain having to take another day off work to wait for the replacement.
Also no offer of a goodwill gesture either for the inconvenience caused.
