"The stainless steel looks great in the kitchen. The hob lights easily and is responsive to adjustments. The oven and grill are a great size and heat evenly. I love having the lid which I can put down and create a uniform counter-top.

"Hob is slightly annoying as you have to hold the flame for a few seconds otherwise the flame goes out. Only used oven once so far- smell was awful- hopefully this will go. However it did heat up very quickly compared to our old oven. "

"Great cooker. Visually the steel design really improves the overall look of a kitchen. Easy to use, heats evenly with plenty of room to cook a full Sunday roast.
The secondary cooker does not have a light however I'm unlikely to use this oven other than for grilling."
"The product is ok, the service which I got was really not to the standards I was hoping from AO. I was a first time customer purchasing the product and the service I got was really below the standards that AO sets. I had 2 failed delivery and the installation wasn’t carried out as I was told that by the engineer that they couldn’t install due my pipework issues. I wasn’t even given any other explanation or any other alternatives. We just wanted to get new cooker and have it installed by AO. I had to find private installer and that cost me more that installation I paid AO for. I am really not happy and not sure if I will shop at AO going forward. Sorry. "

" We replaced a very old gas cooker with the Stoves dual fuel cooker, it looks so smart in the kitchen, very good quality and and cooker is performing really well. I did a lot of research and I’m so glad I chose this, and it’s made in the Uk which is a bonus!"
