"The great thing about this microwave is its a simple easy to use oven. Nothing complicated but well built, looks good and does exactly what I want. Exactly what I'd expect from this brand."

"Only one problem was the internal light bulb failed. Thought that this would simply need removal of the plastic panel and screw in another bulb. But No!.
Needs an Engineer call out to take off the case, discharge a high voltage condenser (dont try this yourself!!) and replace a very special bulb. Fortunately this was under guarantee so no charge. But next time !
Odd that the bulb blew, had microwaves for years and never changed a bulb.
But still an excellent buy."

"Within 2 days of buying this product I had to call an engineer for 2 faults. 1) The turntable was sticking 2) the oven was overheating the food.
The engineer fixed the turntable but told me there was nothing wrong with the variable heat settings. As an experienced microwave user I assured him it was overheating the food. He informed me that it is not a true variable heat microwave. It only has 1 heat setting - full power. The variable heat is achieved by a process of continuously turning the magnetron on and off during the time selected. Not surprisingly this does not work and no matter how low the heat setting, the food overheats before it is properly cooked. It also means everything has to be covered because it causes ALL foods to "spit and pop" while cooking (on full power)."

"This machine is the best microwave i have ever purchased, its easy to clean, very easy to use and very easy on the eye!! Very stylish and will look good in any kitchen. i highly recommend it."
