"Much more compact than the microwave it replaced and includes multiple power settings which is a definite advantage. Although the internal dimensions are significantly smaller than its predecessor it is quite capable of handling all normal kitchen containers."

"I bought this to replace a 20 year old Panasonic microwave and have had good experiences with Bosch dishwashers. The positives are that it looks great and the build quality is very good. Unfortunately everything else is a negative and now wish I'd bought another Panasonic.
It just isn't very well designed. Door doesn't open beyond 90 degrees so it can be awkward to put things in. Takes too many button presses to work it. Does anyone really need 5 different power settings? No. But the most annoying thing is when the timer finishes and it keeps beeping. Just keeps beeping and beeping again until you actually open the door. One set of beeps is enough Bosch. Seriously."

"We bought this because of the selection of power levels - our old microwave had one power level and you adjusted time accordingly, whereas this has 5 levels which makes using it so much simpler."
