"We have had to employ the additional services of the gas engineer to lower our oven due to the unheard of poor design that the pipe you connect to points directly into the top of the oven. The opposite way that is should. Had we not thrown all the packaging away we would have sent it back. Poor job Stove! "

"I bought this hob 6 months ago and although I like the look of it it is difficult to keep it free from marks, the wok burner is also very difficult to clean, the groves are small so can't get a cloth in easily but, the most disappointing part is that even the smallest ring won't reduce the heat enough to simmer and the wok will only cook on double burner. Two of the knobs have also melted when I've touched them with a hot pan."

"Great hob, but why oh why do I need to hold the spark ingnition down for 15 'clicks' before letting go? Surely one click lights the flame! Is this another case of health and safety gone mad, or simply a design flaw in this hob?"
