"We had an issue with the new cooker, it was faulty. With the agent we spoke with to successful completion and installation from the delivery team was a very good experience. It was hassle free and smoothly done.

Easy to clean due to removable glass in door.
Good space in both ovens.
Only issue is that there is a lot of heat generated from the top of the oven door making it very warm when standing in front of it using the hob."

"Love our new oven .. easy to use and looks amazing .. my advice is to get a private corgi registered plumber to fit it as the standard charge on purchase is £115! We paid our regular plumber £50! The oven itself tho is great and only been in a week but as yet can’t fault it "

"I do love my new cooker its much improved on the previous model but I have one complaint, the handle on the big oven gets very very hot and would hurt a toddler if they touched it.Fortunately I have no small children.The oven handles are not as good as those on the older model."
