"Very good product which cooks and bakes very well. Smart looking oven at a good price. Electric grill very good too.
Only negative is that the controls are awkward to see what gas mark you are at once you go above 4. I have resorted to using a mirror to avoid having to twist my head to upside down. A design fault which isn't apparent when you buy online or perhaps not until you use the ovens. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars?????."

"1 Ordering couldn't be easier as the staff were very helpful. and the delivery was set for the following day.
2 Delivery was the best I've experienced yet. firstly at the point of ordering you are given a delivery window then you are able to track your delivery right to your door.
3 the delivery staff were very helpful and polite.
4 the oven was well packaged and protected.
5 a gas safe engineer is required for the safe installation of the oven so please factor this cost into your purchase price.
6 it can be installed between two existing units or can be installed in its own housing and fits perfectly under a standard worktop and between the plinth rail at the bottom
7 The grill is electric and heats fast and grills evenly
8 the grill pan is a little sharp at the edges
9 what were Stoves thinking they provide a grill and rack but assumed that you wouldn't want to remove the grill for any reason unless you want to purchase the handle at an extra cost. I would have thought that they would have included this very basic safety device as a standard.
10 this is a first time purchase from AO and I am sure it will not be our last
