" Ordering over the phone was very easy. I was kept up to date regarding delivery. Great timekeeping and staff were very friendly helpful and polite, also very thorough with the fitting and explaining everything to me. Good quality, nice modern design, stylish looking. Great value for money, very easy to use. One oven rack was slightly damaged but was replaced immediately after I sent an email. There is no grill pan handle but fortunately I'd saved the one from my previous grill pan. I've only had this item for one week but I'm finding it very easy to use and clean, looks great and cooks really well. Excellent purchase, would highly recommend. "

"We wanted to replace our existing Stoves Double gas oven as it was now 15 years old. Getting used to the new unit has not been a problem at all, and cooking has been consistent. Finding the gas mark numbers under the knobs is rather inconvenient and the shelves do not fit very well on the telescopic runners, a nice idea though. Despite some shortcomings, very happy with this purchase."
