"I recently bought this oven from AO.com with the installation and disposal of the old one. The service was really good and the oven is a great buy! We recently started hearing a humming sound from the oven and we emailed AO to tell them about this fault and they arranged for a stoves engineer to come out and inspect. So far, the oven works and we have always been a “stoves’ fan. We took our insurance with stoves personally rather than AO because it was cheaper and they offered more. "

"Everything went as proposed, I was replacing an old oven and hob, so I ordered the same appliances which were the same measurements.
The guys came on time, they were very good, installed it all beautifully and cleared everything away.
I was very pleased with the whole thing and I would certainly use ao.com again."

"This double oven replaces a similar item by the same manufacturer, which I inherited when I purchase my home fourteen years ago. Its lines are cleaner, the shelves seem to be made from a lighter metal and time will tell how they stand up to regular use. I was disappointed that the grill pan came with no handle as part of the standard package, but this was rectified by the manufacturer following a phone call to them."

"Bought this at the end of January and it has recently been installed. So far all is well, although probably didn't read the specification properly, While it comes with top and bottom gas ovens the grill in the top oven is electric. That is not clear in product web page it wasn't till after installation before we realised."

"glass liners to doors with big gap means lots of muck gets caught inbetween
hot air escapes from main oven when door closed so handles above become dangerously hot
the glass liners to the doors are a loose fit and move when trying to clean
the enamel lining is not easy to clean and soon gets a coat of grease after roasting meat despite the advert -
the wire shelf supports are flimsy and the sliding extra shelf soon stop sliding when coated with cooking residue
the electric grill is only on, or off no way to regulate as with a gas grill"
