"Absolutely brilliant from customer service to delivery we wanted the cooker delivered before Xmas and when another well known store let us down there delivery turned up cooker smashed to pieces and then told us they could not deliver replacement before Xmas but u guys came to our rescue and delivered on ur promise and made a family happy "

"Excellent cooker, with four almost equal sized burners that heat in minutes to a large capacity main oven that will accommodate even the largest turkey come Christmas, this has been our best buy of the year. Lastly the large display timer with a ringer you can here in the next room keeps you informed of your cooking.. First class product.."

"This cooker is so nice.. looks wise and performance. Really great cooker at an awesome price. Delivery was super quick and delivery men were awesome, polite, friendly and very helpful... funny too haha. It's super easy to use and cooking is a breeze. Cooks food really quickly and evenly. I would defo recommend this hotpoint cooker to anyone. And it's all black (glossy) looks great in my kitchen. Thank you. "

"Good cooker overall but the things find strange are the controls for the hob burners, they work the opposite way to what I'm used to, when you turn them on they're on full flame immediately then you continue to turn to lower the flame and then when you turn them off they go to full power before turning off. Every thing else is perfect and I would recommend this product."

"Great cooker, works really well. Just a shame some of my old baking trays no longer fit as the inside is a bit smaller than my previous. Love the fact the gas turns off automatically if it’s not turned off properly. Safe and handy! "
