"Bought this cooker 13 months ago and now have an issue with the bottom oven. It heats up eventually but it takes 10-20 minutes to get the flame as strong as it should go. When we first got it it was only a minute before the flame worked properly. I think it’s an issue with the ignition because the gas does flow and the oven does warm up but the flame remains small and food doesn’t bake properly until after 10-20 minutes when the flame gets the right size.
Very disappointed - would expect it to work for more than 13 moths without a problem. Now have to wait 11 days for an engineer to visit .

"It is fantastic. Easy 2 work and clean. I like you can see whether chips need shaking. My old oven you had to keep opening the door.
I love the glass top and that the flame goes out if the lid was put down slightly. Good safety features"

The double oven is very handy and saves energy too. I chose the delivery, connection and removal service and am so glad I did. The team that arrived were friendly an very efficiant. "Bought this cooker to replace our other gas cooker which was 10 years old. I researched the hotpoint cooker before I decided to buy despite reading some negative comments. I personally am delighted with the look of the cooker . The glass top fits snugly on the cooker to give a streamlined finish and look. Some of the cookers in this style the glass on top has a gap. The two ovens will be a bonus at xmas . The ignition is spot on as my other cooker took ages to work . I am very happy with my new cooker and would recommend."
