"Bought this cooker 27/03/2021 thought will create lovely outcome in my new kitchen. Unfortunately it’s the worst cooker I have ever had! After used it few times I noticed it starts to change colour and looks
like it burnt. I contacted AO (where I bought it from) with images of faulty parts, they advised I should call manufacturer (Hotpoint) I called Hotpoint and what they insist was how do I clean it. I replied I only used a sponge with a bit of soapy water. They advise I need a professional cleaning stuff for it as its a stainless steel. The staff convinced me I have to use their own brand as they recommend and should sort the issue. I ended up ordering a cream cleaner for £4:19 just to see if it will solve the issue. I received their cream today, been cleaning but still stained like it has been used for a year!!!. I have spent almost half an hour with no success ??At this century not expected to buy something wasting of time, money and energy like this rubbish. I am really upset to be honest and would NOT recommend this brand to anyone. Be careful, thats my experience. Wish I could attach the images here to be honest.

"fantastic looking cooker works great and being stainless steel so easy to clean.
safer with the glass lid down as gas is shut off so no way kids can turn it on.
easy cleaning for the oven too as they have self clean stuff built in whatever that stuff is but it works.
only down fall that we have with the cooker is that the grill handle is pathetic but apart from that great item oh and also comes with 10 year parts guarantee. no that's FANTASTIC...."
