"Good value for the price. My gripes having used it for a year . . .
1 you can't turn off the oven light, it comes on with the oven and stays on all the time
2 the hob markers that tell you which control operates each burner are beneath the controls, so they are hidden. They are also text, eg front left. Pictograms above the controls would make more sense.
3 even the small burners are too large for simmering a pot of stock, if you want to leave it for a long time it is very difficult to adjust to a small light

"I was encouraged when the delivery men told me that my new Hotpoint Cooker was much heavier than the old one they were taking away. Its quality and appearance are excellent and I rate it as good value for money. Both ovens and the grill cook well."
