"This was an upgrade to my previous Hotpoint cooker & I am not disappointed. The only quibble I would have is that it seems to take a while for the hob & grill to light but I'm sure I'll soon get the hang of it! No complaints otherwise, looks good in my kitchen, especially like that the light stays on whilst cooking in the main oven."

"I bought one of these early in March and was so inpressed I bought one for my Mum and she is so happy with it. It is stylish cooks really fast and caters from anything fronheating a pie up to cooking dinner for 10."

"Excellent cooker. Does everything we want from a cooker. Old cooker had dodgy oven door handle and continually having to tighten the screws and re-align. After first weeks use everything cooked to our perfection including Sunday roast. Only possible drawback is that if we open oven door straight away after cooking time finished then ceiling alarm is occasionally set off. Minor I know and no doubt easily remedied. Excellent cooker and looks good as well. Would recommend to anyone."

"I am delightfully pleased with this cooker, the top oven/grill works well and when used as a grill cooks nice and evenly plus having a second oven is a bonus.
Niggle number one, is that there is no light in the oven/grill.
The main oven is a generous size as is the glass door, I can now see what I'm cooking, Yaa!
The oven light has a good intensity to it. . . BUT,(niggle number two coming up) it only comes on when the oven is a light, I don't find this a problem as it stops me leaving the light on for days when not finished cooking, but it would be nice to have an option of a switch.
The controls work vey well, i.e. automatic lighting, some people have said they take too long to ignite the gas burners but I have not experienced such a problem.
The gas mark temperature range is marked on the top of the dials making them easily visible, unlike the (niggle number three) the indication of which burner each knob operates which is under the knobs, but that is just a case of getting used to this cooker.
The oven top trivets have had some negative reviews as being bit slippery when in use, again I find them fine, much better than my last cooker plus they are individual for each burner making cleaning much easer.
Just one more niggle:
The adjustable feet on this cooker. . . .
Unless, you have a "VERY" heavy plant fitters toolkit. . . no one has as spanner to fit the nut size!
I was hesitant in buying a new cooker in this price rang, having not bought one since the days of black and white, this cooker is much more substantial than I was expecting and I am very pleased with this cooker and would not hesitate to recommend it,
It cooks bread beautifully."
