"Very nice good looking cooker,I spoke to New world about the lack of a grill handle,its because someone touched the grill handle without oven gloves on and it burnt their fingers and sued,who would touch a grill handle without protection is unbelieveable!!I bought a handle from Amazon for about ten pounds,easy to fit but make sure the prongs are facing downwards and it just slides in.I would recommend that the installation is bought,the cooker comes without gas hose and cable and plug and you would have to get a gas safe engineer and electrician to install,again this is again of silly people trying to install it themselves,but if you purchase the installation a gas safe and electrician has all the parts on delivery and efficiently installs with all the required checks,hope this answers the queries I had,a lovely cooker !!!"

"We've had this cooker for 11 months and from the first day we regretted the purchase. The knobs for the hob are obviously above the grill - heat forced upwards from the grill is horrendous! I burn my fingers and neck (gold and silver necklace get so hot) when turning food being grilled.I have to stand in an unnatural position to try to get away from the heat. I understand the technology behind having to hold the knobs in to ignite the gas but it is not user-friendly at all. Food cooking in the oven doesn't seem to be ready on time - so frustrating. I had a New World cooker quite a few years ago and it was fine which was why we chose this one. So disappointed but stuck with it now."

"Very pleased with the Cooker. A lot.more heat than.I expected. The only minus was that we were disappointed that there was no handle.on the grill pan. We had to purchase one at a cost of £18-00+.

"I can’t believe that a £400 cooler with a grill section doesn’t come with an handle for the tray.
Other than this light issue cooker does everything you’d expect,
