"Had a problem replacing an integrated fridge that was 19 years old. Another retailer had badly let us down with the same order. After 5 days we cancelled their order and placed it with AO. Within one working day it was delivered and in under an hour fitted. Because this was distress purchase, we struggled to find fridges to fit our space.
Happy now we have a fridge that works, especially with the summer we have been having."

"The door has only one shelf that will hold tall bottles, and the other shelves are very shallow and short bottles have fallen out. I would not buy this fridge again."

"Are ridiculously shallow, my previous appliance had deep compartments which held the numerous bottles which we need to store. I have had my appliance 24hours and already my sauces are stores on the shelves, its a huge design fault and I am VERY disappointed."

"Bought this inbuilt fridge to replace same size unit that was 12 years old from NEF.
Works fine and does the job but found that the quality of hinges and method of attaching in built covering door were primitive compared to NEF and note that a recent purchase of an own make inbuilt fridge from a rival had proper cantalevered hinges

"the only problem is the compartments in the door are shallow so if you place ketchup etc in them they fall out everytime you open the door unlike the older version of this fridge."
