"We ordered this item late on the evening of Tuesday 18th December, we were informed of the delivery immediately by text & email, this was going to be on Thursday 20th December. The drivers were polite, helpful & efficient. The product was delivered within the allocated time slot in perfect condition & the price we paid was very competitive. the after sales messages checking everything was ok was a pleasant experience. I would 100% recommend ao.com as their service from start to finish was impeccable, the choice of products was vast & their prices were very competitive too."

"Sleek looking modern style. Bought for my mum, who isn't the most technologically minded person but still found it easy to use. Great to have the convenience of using with the split cooking shelf particularly as family don’t often eat the same meals. Looking forward to trialling the self-clean facility. "

"This is my second one of this cooker. My last one lasted 6 years but at the end the shelves were not fitting properly, however I liked the oven so much I decided to order the same one again. After reading the reviews the main complaint seemed to be the moisture build up which I never had in my old oven but I do seem to have it in this one but so far not a problem I just wipe it with either a tea towel or kitchen paper. But I love all the different functions especially being able to split the oven. The controls can be a bit difficult to understand at first but once you fiddle about with them at first you soon get the hang of them and of course I didn’t have this problem this time as I already knew what to do!"
