"The only reason I have it a 3 on ease of use is because the dials are the same shape on the side for selecting and opposite side. This means you have to check you've turned it to the right number lining up the small notch on it, because you can easily select the opposite program!!
Other than that, I have no complaints. The build quality is excellent and it's much more solid than the Hotpoint washer/dryer this replaced"

"I find this washer/dryer excellent. I was looking for one simialr to my previous washer/dryer where you could independently use the washing machine from the dryer as I don't use the dryer very much. Good range of wash and dry cycles and I like the fact you can see the time left of the cycle. I cannot comment on the dryer cycles as I only use the dryer occasionally and for items like duvet covers so no problem there. Only slight criticism which is echoed by others is that there is no quick wash (only a quick wash/dry). Clothes wash well. I cannot think of any cons for this machine."

"This machine is well thought out and washes well. The only issue ive found on it is that the auto dry function leaves clothes slightly damp. When i tried to run a top up auto dry it ran for 3 hours and shrank everything. I highly recommend the product as most of the time the drier works well. I now use a timed top up dry cycle after the auto dry or if washing delicate or valuable items hang out after the dry cycle. This takes around 1 hour afterward which still saves me from having a flat full of clothes drying. Who knows, as i use the product more i might find better combinations of cycle and temp"
