"Very satisfied with the oven, am pleased with the quality which is excellent for the money. The only downside is the handbook which is not very clear as it seems to try to cover a range of ovens and therefore is not specific. However with a little trial and error managed to work things out."

"Not the best build quality. A few rough edges and the timer buttons are flimsy and get stuck in when used.
Bought for my 90 year old mother who found the instructions difficult to understand but has persevered and with a little practice can now use the functions. "

"The purchase delivery and installation service was excellent. I was disappointed to note that there was no grill pan handle.
If I had known this up front I would have ordered it at the time of purchase had this been possible.
Ao customer services directed me to the manufacturer and I have now ordered the item but a 5 star would have been awarded if this was done at the point of the order.
Double oven looks smart and works well as expected. "

"Good price and looks slick and great fit to replace our 20 year old oven. Easy to install and use. The fan does stay on a whole after cooking to allow it to cool down and I think this is normal. Only time will tell for how good it is. So far so good"
