"Good purchase, lovely and quite, only problems was fitting the cupboard door, took alot of time to level with other cupboard, can't level with the hinges, you need to alter the feet , which is a bit of a pain."

"Wife chose this after seeing in a retail park. Not as good as the Neff it replaced. High pitched whistling on spinning, and much more movement in open door and drum than old machine so not expecting it to last as long. Seems easier to load as good opening and lots of features which are quite easy to use - e.g. speed up cycle from 2:20hrs to 1:30hrs."

"Generally this is a good machine, with decent build quality and excellent features. It's easy to use, and gives a good result. Unfortunately mine broke down after 4 days. This can happen with any machine, but I wasn't quite prepared for Smeg's response - it took them 5 days to get an engineer to it. From a premium brand, this simply isn't good enough."

"Recently bought this washing machine, and have not used most functions yet. It has a good quick wash function, which washes the clothes well. It is quiet. Would perhaps benefit from a 1600 spin function, but the 1200 does get a lot of the water out."
