"The hob is stainless steel and is very difficult to keep clean. It arrived covered in finger marks, despite being wrapped. When the right hand pan support was lifted, the welding broke. This was after 2 days.(see photos)"

"This hob looks great in my new kitchen but it's a bit temperamental to light. If you don't hold the know down for the exact time (which is different each time you use it) then the flame goes out. Sometimes you have to hold the knob down for ages and the ignition keeps going the whole time. I'm starting to wonder whether there is a fault on mine but it's a bit of a pain. Otherwise once it gets going it is great."

"Generally I am pleased with this hob. However for very little cost I feel it could be improved to make it excellent. Extra fixing holes underneath should be provided at the sides. The pan supports are uneven for smaller saucepans, not unsafe but allow some minor rocking. The depression that the pan supports rest in could be slightly deeper as it is a bit too easy for the pan supports to move sideways. The edge of the stainess top that meets the work surface was very sharp and needed smoothing off.
However I find that the hob functions well and I have no problem in recommending it as good value for money"

"We bought this hob because the trivets looked very stable, each having 8 legs. Sure enough any size of pan sits on it very securely unlike others we've had with only 4 legs. It looks very smart too, clean lines and ignites easily. The gas engineer had no problem fitting it and so far we are very pleased."

"dont but this if your looking for a replacements
it has the option of being connected with a flexible hose which is good but the connection comes out at a weird angle not in the normal place also the wiring comes out of the base near the front
instructions state it has to be conected to a switched spur there is no plug on it
ok if its a first time fitment"

"The hob itself is excellent and does the job! Unfortunately the gas pipe for the hob has been supplied on an angle. This means the gas fitter must connect with a number of elbow joints. Unless done correctly, your oven may not fit in the space below the hob. Luckily my gasman checked and reconfigured the joints to allow the oven to fit. Not impressed!"
