"Bought this microwave thinking it was the same as my old Neff, knowing a lot of microwaves are the same, though have a different manufacturer name on same appliance. It looked very similar with similar specifications unfortunately this is nothing like my old microwave. Compared to my old micro this feels and sounds cheap and nasty. Instructions for defrosting confusing. Really wish I'd returned it immediately. I feel I paid a hefty price for an inferior product."
