Delivery and fitting and taking away the old machine was excellent and on time."

"I would never have bought this machine if I had known how poorly designed the dryer was. I originally bought the machine for its washer/dryer funtion as that is what I had in my last home however the dryer on this is a nightmare when you are new to the machine. The reason for this is that unless you physically reset the machine the dryer function stays on. This has resulted in 3 loads of our clothes being ruined when we have put a wash on as when the wash cycle has finished it has continued straight into dryer mode ruining £100s of pounds worth of clothes. This is the 3rd machine I have ever owned and the worst by far. It is really noisy on spin cycle - almost like a plane is taking off and manages to shift itself out of its place."
