"No pre-wash, nor a quick setting other than for washing and drying a single item. Washing and drying takes 6 hours for cotton! Gets fluff on stuff when tumbling and there's a big pool of water left under the seal.
Does seem to have reasonable range of programmes though one has to select a programme, temp and tumbling on three separate knows.
If using gel capsules have to use the intense setting else the residual capsule is left in the pool of water or, worse, on the clothes."

"I have never owned a washer/dryer which has such unrealistic length of wash and drying cycles.
Whilst the washer does a reasonable job the dryer is far to hot and if clothes are left in the dryer for the recommended time they are totally massed with hard to iron creases."

"I bought this in a hurry and didn't know if it was the best washing machine I could find, but I must say I am not at all disappointed with the product. it dries very well and washes just as good. If you're looking for a good washer dryer, this is the a great option."
