"Cannot rate "heating" "cleaning" "quality" etc simply because the unit arrives without a cable to connect to the mains switch. Handbook states must be a specific 180degree cable which I'm having problems locating in UK. AO.Com Help Desk cannot resolve and Samsung Customer Service Desk less use than a chocolate fireguard.
So far I've got an expensive kitchen ornament, don't want to invalidate warranty or insurance by fitting with standard 6mm cable, so now awaiting response from Sansung Head Office to a letter telling them "resolve or return".
It might turn out to be a great appliance but I'll never buy anything from Samsung again. Customer service is NIL."

"Previously with gas I thought it was time for a change, however I have not found the hob that easy to use. One element comes on without me switching it on and is often hot when not required. It seems to take quite a long time to heat up on occasions and I cannot understand why."

"I am really pleased with this hob having used two other makes previously! I like the sounds so I know I am doing something and the child lock is really useful. Good heat retention and easy to control. I am making sure I clean and wipe as I go along and am having no trouble on keeping it in pristine condition."
