"I needed a new hob in a hurry and ao.com took care of the fast bit. The hob itself is good, though not outstanding - value for money, does what it's meant to, looks nice, and the ao.com installation guy was sound too. It has scratched a bit where the bottoms of some of my pans are old and not smooth any more. If you want to keep it immaculate then use only perfect pans and don't slide them, lift them about. Only I notice the scratches, because I'm looking, friends say they'd never notice. Can be a bit sow to heat up sometimes too. But at the rpice I am very happy with it."

"I have had my hob for four years, and unfortunately I have to replace it, but I have been so pleased with it that the replacement is going to be the same model. To many reviews are from people who have just purchased products, so their reviews carry no justified judgement , but this one does. To say it is excellent is an understatement."
