"The hob was faulty from the outset and it's been a nightmare to try and get the manufacturers to correct it - steer clear of the product and Samsung!!"
"Ive just started using my new hob, and I am really pleased with it. I think it has some great features. I like the idea of the Child safety lock. I also like how when you turn it on it starts at no5 so you either turn it up or down. I also like how it displays a H on the hob to let you know that the zone you have been using is still hot. I would certainly recommend to anyone."

"Second one bought. Really lovely looking hob,very easy to use. Only problem is with the wiring and using the two connectors. Please make this clearer. It took us ages to find the connectors and we only looked because this is our second identical hob."
