"To use in recirculation mode you need to order and install 2 carbon filters. These are really difficult to install and need changing approx every 3 months. I finally managed to fit them but it took about an hour! The hood is quite noisy, I think this could be because the filters may not be on properly. It's a shame because the hood looks great and the lights are very effective."

"It was a pain to install and I had my farther, who is a kitchen fitter, help me. The installation instructions for the chimney cover made no sense and even using intuition it was a pain to install. Once instaled it worked ok for about 2 months but the extraction rate was not great. After 2 months it started to make a lot of noise and is unusable on the full power setting. Unfortunatly, I lost the receipt and was unable to get it remedied. A very poor quality product that I will have to replace after just 12 months. Avoid this extractor. Both light bulbs went within 6 months. I am in the middle of a major home refurbishment and due to limited time, I have not been able to persue the matter with manufacturer/resellar. Only minor plus is it has simple controls."
