"When we opened the box we found that it had been dropped and the two mesh filters were damaged. I telephoned appliance on line to explain that we had photographs of the damage if required. No evidence required new filters on their way immediately, fantastic customer service. The product is great value and works well

"Looks like many other cooker hoods so always hard to know what you are getting. This hood is very easy to use and looks good when new. The drawback is that it is very noisy, the two mesh plates protecting the fan are very flimsy and twist easily making them difficult to replace after cleaning and the shiny black exterior looks good when new but is susceptible to every fingerpring and wipe of a cloth - leaving marks and streaking that are not easy to remove. I may as well have opted for stainless steel - avoided this as also shows every mark!"
