"This product was brilliant, it was very easy to fit and had very straight forward instructions. This chimney really made my kitchen stand out it was very easy to use and function. I purchased many other products and they were fantastic to, Ao had very good fast service there tracking method is brilliant , i was at work but this reassured me knowing my parcel will arrive, so i had no worries,. I would rate Ao 10 out of 10 they have brilliant products all at such a good price, i definitely recommend Ao. "

"I was a bit sceptical originally as I am not very familiar with Baumatic brand, however I still purchased this following other reviews and do not regret. It is well made, looks stylish, quite quite compared to other brands and extracts smells and vapours without an issue. The latter was the most important criteria for us, since we cook a lot of food which tends to have strong odours or release a lot of steam while cooking - no longer an issue for us! Fingers crossed this will serve us a long time. "

"The hood looks good and does the job well for the price paid and works as well as the hood it replaced which was twice the price Could be a bit quieter but i dont have a major issue with it and overall am pleased with the purchase "
