"I am pleased with my cooker hood.
However I was suprised when one of the bulbs went very soon after I got it, and then not long after that the other bulb went. Not that they ar expensive to replace,but it was a hassle I could do without - I only have the light on when I am using it.
It is noisy, but maybe I need to clean the filters, I dont know, will that make a difference?"

"Basically this finished off my kitchen and it looks brilliant... works well, and does what it says it going to do, but looks sexy with it, if a cooker hood can look sexy.. lol"

"We purchased a BT10 in June (professionally installed with all minimum distances adhered to), it worked for 1 week, then failed, after 6 months and 3 engineer visits (yes it takes a long time for parts to be delivered to engineering apparently - 1 part took 6 weeks alone) we finally had it swapped out by the retailer. The new one worked for 20 minutes, then the thermal cut out kicked in and it stopped. When it was working the extraction is poor, my extractor fan in the bathroom takes out more steam than this cooker hood."
