"This washing machine has got to be one of my best buys. Not only does the machine look nice it functions well too, lots of different programmes to suit your washing needs.
I would definately recommend this product.

"After looking at options for a considerable time i decided to buy the Hotpoint Washer Dryer.It was delivered by very pleasant helpful delivery men, they were a little late but rang to inform me that they were caught in traffic and gave me an approx time they hoped to arrive. I am very pleased with the machine. I had just a washer before, and on its totally breaking down, I decided to get a washer/dryer as space was a problem in my kitchen. I have not used the washer and combined it with the dryer as yet but believe it would be fine. Other people have said that drying takes 3 hrs on cupboard dry but this is wrong. This machine has a sensor and will stop the drying when clothes are the desired dryness. I find the machine to be pretty average in the noise category, its quieter than my previous one. It is very easy to use the buttons and dials on the front, even though it looks quite daunting to look at at first. Although using the same washing liquid my washing does appear to be cleaner. It might be because I have used Calgon in most washes, which does soften the water. My water is very hard. On the whole I am pleased that I bought this machine. I hope my observations will be of help to other buyers."

"Bought this Hotpoint to replace a 10 year old Indesit model. It performs very well. A lot quieter than the one we had. Spin speed is better too, washing comes out feeling much less wet. Dryer setting is great for towels and the moisture detectors work well to end the drying time at the correct point."

"I am really pleased with this machine, simply because with two young children and a huge pile of washing most days, I do not have the time or inclination to learn how to use a new appliance. This machine has slotted in perfectly well from where our old one left off. I have given 4 stars overall as I do not feel that I have really challenged it yet with tough stains! & it's too early to tell about the build quality. I don't often use a tumble dryer but I was fairly disappointed with how dry and creased some school shirts came out, apparently there are dryers available that sense when clothes are dry and will stop, so if you do use the dryer alot it may be worth looking for that feature in another machine. Overall I am pleased with the washing side of things."
