"As usual, the ordering and delivery service from AO was excellent. This replaces our old machine, which was the previous generation of the same model and served us well for several years. We are a family of five, and do at least one load of washing a a day. A new handy feature is the digital display showing the remaining time."

"After not having a washing machine/dryer for 4 weeks it was a welcomed delivery to us, infact it was like Christmas, getting that one present you had always wished for,THANK YOU ao, and to the delivery men who despite one of them breaking two fingers on a previous delivery were excellent. I had to keep checking it was working as it is so quiet, and my old machine used to sound like a 737 taking off "

"Overall happy with machine, I had a separate washing machine and dryer before, and decided to go for a combined unit this time.
Conveiant, but drying takes a long time. If you have space have separate units.

"I purchased this washer/dryer for a BTL property at the beginning of the year. It seems to have all of the mod cons on paper and was delivered within an agreed time slot between AO and my tenant so, I had a happy tenant. Checked in with her a week later and she said it was great and she loved it.
Last month, the washer/dryer at my other BTL broke. As I knew it was not worth repairing, I ordered the same washer/dryer for the property. Delivered and fitted within an agreed time slot between AO and my tenant and another happy tenant.
For me the service is second to none with AO, whilst you may search and find this machine cheaper on other sites, the AO price match promise will always make me return to AO."
