"The quality and design is good but after having used it I wish I had chosen the square layout of burners instead of the diamond layout. When reaching for the pan on the back burner it is easy to burn your hand on any pans on the front burners if you are not careful. Also the pan handles tend to get hot. I find the pan racks too heavy but that's just me. Otherwise it looks good, I like the switches on the front instead of the side and it works well."

"Cannot fault excellent cust service and efficient delivery.
fast hob flame as I expected and wanted. However, half the experience of using the hob means also how easy and quick it would be to clean. Cleaning hob, especially round the knobs and silver round burners is a pain. Sad to see that despite a visually pleasing and quality hob, the flame indicators only painted on meaning it'll probably rub off with vigorous cleaning over time. Need to be careful when placing hot pans near edge of hob that it doesn't scratch the high placed front silver gas knobs. (They should be placed lower down)
A challenge to hob designers - yes, keep up quality of working hob BUT it must be a dream to clean too!"

"You can rely on Smeg. I bought this hob a few weeks ago and since the installation, it has been fantastic. Good rate of flame. Easy to Clean. Someone had said on a previous review that their rack hadnt fitted together but I found this not to be true."
