"The ordering process was very smooth, with lots of ways to reduce the range of choices. Payment was quick and easy. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were great and very efficient.

"this product just 'ok' it is quite noisy and the door open button is quite stiff, overall I think the build quality is not what I would have expected given other Bosch products I have bought in the past. Also the light doesn't come on when the timer is 'live' and the timer doesn't actually count down to zero, stops around 30 seconds to go. I would send it back but have already sent one back and the process was a pain :("
