I previously had a Hotpoint 8kg machine and upgraded to a larger size drum..So far I'm very happy with the results, especially the Anti stain programme which actually removed stains from my tea towels which my previous machine did not.
Another clincher is the A-20% Saving 20% of energy compared to the minimum required to be considered A class. Many features include steam fresh, delicates, rapid wash to name but a few..
Overall I'm very happy with my new machine.

"Purchased this model back in Jan, started having issues in March, engineer came out end of April said it was faulty and we're still waiting for parts 2 weeks later for a machine that is a few months old. Hotpoint wont compensate you for countless trips to the laundrette. Wish I kept my old washing machine. Very poor machine and service!"
