"I have had Samsung appliances for the last 10 years and haven’t been that impressed with them, especially with the big price tags. After my Samsung washer of 2 years old died, I thought it was time to go back to the trusty Hotpoint brand that never let me down (I have a 18 year old Hotpoint dryer in my outbuilding still going strong!). Being a farmer I needed a big drum and something that can get stains out - Samsung was never good at that! After one wash using the anti-stain programme, I am mind-blown at how clean the clothes have turned out! And they were stain ridden!! I love how the machine is still the same size as my previous 9kg washing machine and it is very quiet!! One thing it states on the features online was that it doesn’t have a self drum clean - which I was kind of disappointed about but after I received the washing machine, I discovered it actually does! Win win! Couldn’t be happier with this machine and I would say read the paperwork regarding the different programmes and machine, very handy! Ps. I’m that person that never writes a review but this machine has made me do so! You won’t be disappointed! "
