"Ordered this new washing machine as the old one was on its way out. This had the perfect settings i wanted (short wash cycle, half load and full load wash within reasonable amounts of time (full load washed at 40°C in 45 minutes). 9kg drum size with 1400rpm spin speed clothes wash and spin really well. really easy to use and functionally straight forward. Really, a quiet machine can hardly tell it's on sometimes. Only downfall for me is 1 setting which I was used from my previous machine which was rinse, drain and spin in 13 minutes - this machine has a similar function which I've not used yet however it appears to be 50 minutes long. Nonetheless, really pleased with my purchase ?? "
"Really pleased with this washing machine. Was a replacement for our 10year old hot point. So quiet, I have to double check it’s on. But annoying it doesn’t have some standard wash setting we had before but we can still get them, just have to tweak temperatures etc so not the end of the world. "

"Excellent purchase. The machine is quiet and efficient. It has a novel drawer design, which opens sideways, so it’s easier to put detergent in and to keep clean. The door is aesthetically pleasing to look at, and the controls are intuitively easy to use. The drum size is perfect for a full load of bedding or towels. I was nervous about going back to a hotpoint as the quality had declined many years ago, but it seems to have improved again and I’m really happy with my purchase. "
