"I decided some time ago to pay the yearly subscription of AO membership so always compare product pricing to other retailers, with membership you get a disposal service, unwrapping of product and disposal of wrappings and ensures no obvious damage of product in transit. The product in my case of a Samsung TV which was a competitively priced taking inconsideration of other services AO offers. For a reasonably priced TV I was pleased with the picture quality and sound and quite simple to set up. Samsung requires you to register direct with them to allow full functionality of smart tv, not an issue and at no extra cost. Also very simply to connect direct with sky or EE top set box. You can always get a much better picture quality than this product but you’ll have to pay a lot more money for that quality."

"My old TV was starting to lose some of the colour with black marks on the screen. I went for another Samsung as the brand is reliable and upgraded from an LED to a QLED. The picture quality is amazing with very clean and crisp pictures, and the sound is more superior to. The TV is also much less bulky compared to my old one and sits neatly on my unit.
This was definitely worth the purchase, and I am very pleased with my new TV."
