"Machine is very quiet when running, can run it through the night while the baby sleeps. Specific setting for baby clothes is handy. Being a washer and a dryer is much better use of space than having a separate washer and dryer. The app is very useful as can throw some clothes in to wash and go out for the day, the app will notify you when the wash is done and you can set it to dry from wherever you are. Using the preset functions it the machine has sensors that can increase the duration of the cycle if needed, particularly useful when drying a full load. Seems fairly cheap to run too."

"My previous washer/dryer was 37 years old. It was so easy to use, and had so many options (eg half load, gentle wash). I felt I was in control rather than the machine making choices. I cannot say the same for my new machine. I'm sure it does a good job, but making my own choice of exactly what I want: temperature, spin speed etc not great. Maybe its the instruction book; maybe its me. I'm sure it washes well (haven't used the dryer yet) but I'd still rather have my old one back!!"
